More details have emerged regarding the skirmish between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown at a Los Angeles recording studio over a week ago. According to Ocean's producer, Michael Uzowuru, Brown was the aggressor in the brawl.

TMZ reportw that Uzowuru, who was with Ocean that evening, wrote on his forum blog, that the Ocean-Brown fight was definitely over a parking spot. Apparently, Breezy parked his orange Lamborghini in the Odd Future crooner's space at the studio. When Brown was summoned to move his vehicle, he came to the parking lot with a "big dude" and a "skinnier dude." After Ocean told Brown, "You parked in my spot, move" that's when the fight erupted.

Uzowuru alleges that Brown and another man attacked Ocean and threw him down on a "big fake candle display laced with glass" -- which explains how Ocean's finger got cut -- and pinned him against the wall. "Chris was trying to beat the living 's---' out of [him]," writes Uzowuru.

Eventually, Uzowuru screamed for everyone to stop, which they did. The producer ended his post by saying, "I don't know what type of demons Chris is facing, but I hope he clears them all and finds a new life rooted in love and light."

Despite getting roughed up by Brown and his cronies, Ocean has decided not to pursue criminal charges against the 'Fortune' singer. In a Tumblr post, the 'Thinkin Bout You' crooner wanted to put the incident behind him and move forward.

Ocean writes:

"As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer. I'm an artist and a modern person. I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace."
