Has A Black Panther Been Spotted Roaming In Acadiana???

Is this a black panther roaming in someone's backyard in Acadiana? This photo is making it's way around Facebook and it appears to show a large black panther in someone's own back yard!!!

The photo was allegedly taken in Broussard and it appears to show a large animal with a long tail, which resembles that of a large cat. We can't confirm that it is a black panther, but by the looks of it this animal doesn't seem to be anything else but a black panther.
