This Guy Just Revealed How Every Chainsmokers Song Is Written [VIDEO]

The Chainsmokers are no strangers to the top of the charts and one guy may have just figured out the secret to their success.

The EDM duo made their first mark in the music biz with their viral hit "Selfie," and since then have cranked out hits like "Roses," "Closer," "Don't Let Me Down" and "Paris."

But, like most people in the music biz, their success hasn't come without criticism.

The Chainsmokers have been called out for making music that "all sounds the same." Some some have even referred to the DJs as "the Nickelback of EDM." What's different about this video that is going viral is that while others have talked about The Chainsmokers formula, YouTube user John Fassold is actually showing us how it's done.

For what it's worth, The Chainsmokers have been pretty good sports in the past when it comes to things like this, so I wouldn't be surprised if they take the same route with their latest critic. Who knows, maybe they'll invite this dude in for a studio session.
