Don't let bad breath ruin a good thing, get rid of it once and for all!

Bad breath might just be the biggest turn off ever. Stinky feet? Ehh that's fine, you will probably have shoes on most of the time. Smelly farts? I mean, who's aren't. Nasty body odor? That's not awesome, but it's not the worst.

Honestly, bad breath is probably what I'm most self conscious about. Yeah, sometimes I do a little "arm pit smelling dance" and make sure I'm not too terrible smelling, but I find myself wondering if I'm killing anyone with my breath at least a few times a day. No one wants to be that person with the bad breath. Sometimes you can't help it, but there are a few steps you can take to cut down on the halitosis.

This video by LifeHacker suggests a few simple ways to get rid of bad breath once and for all, like regularly washing/scraping your tongue and even cutting back on sugary and spicy foods. You can chew gum and eat mints as much as you want, but that only masks the problem! Be proactive, drink more water, floss your teeth and stop that pesky bad breath before it even has a chance to start!
