The Nickelodeon's 28th Annual Kids' Choice Awards went down at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif. on Saturday (March 28) and outside of the celebration, slime and laughs inside the ceremony, on the red carpet things were a bit more serious.

Nicolas Bechtel, a 10-year-old actor on ABC’s daytime soap opera General Hospital, was on hand as the chief red carpet correspondent for Extra. Betchel shocked Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea with his rather mature question when she stopped to chat with him on the red carpet.

“You talked about getting some work done,” Betchel said in reference to her new breast implants. “Why did you feel the need to be open and tell people?” Surprised at his straight-forward question, Azalea laughed and offered up an explanation for her honesty.

The rapper first opened up about her surgical enhancements in the April of Shape. She revealed that she went under the knife in 2014, a decision she thought about her "entire life."

"I didn't think you'd be the one asking me this question, but just because I think it's so common,” the "Fancy" rapper revealed. “And I knew so many people in my regular life who had done it and had a good experience, and I never see any celebrities talk about it, although I know 80 percent of them have done it, too. And I wanted to kind of tell women that might be thinking about it, my experience, and that it can not necessarily be a bad thing. That's why I did it.

Betchel’s parents must be proud. Not only is he quite the actor, but he's a reporter who isn't afraid to ask the tough questions too.

Iggy is currently working on her new album and preparing for her first headlining tour, The Great Escape, this fall.
