Some familiar faces of TV comedy were back together on Sunday night as the cast of ‘In Living Color’ reunited at the 10th Annual TV Land Awards.

The sketch comedy show, which ran from 1990 to 1994, received a special “Groundbreaking Award” from TV Land. And while superstar Jim Carrey was present, what may have been most notable was what former cast members weren’t on stage to receive the prize.

Jamie Foxx couldn’t be there because he was shooting the Quentin Tarantino film ‘Django Unchained,’ and Jennifer Lopez, who danced on the show as a “Fly Girl,” was busy judging ‘American Idol.’

Co-creator Damon Wayans, who memorably portrayed Homey D. Clown, didn’t make it because such award shows “aren’t his thing.” Wayans was also the only cast member who didn’t allow footage of his characters to be used during the evening.

Among those who did make it were various other Wayans siblings, cast mainstay Tommy Davidson and Jim Carrey, who arguably became ‘In Living Color’s’ biggest breakout star. Fox is planning to reboot ‘In Living Color’ in May with Keenen Ivory Wayans executive producing. Unfortunately, no one from the original cast will be featured in the update. Still, the photos below give us hope that perhaps Carrey (or at least Davidson) will show up for a cameo. See the original cast reunite below.
