After postponing her Unbreakable world tour last year, Janet Jackson said she's ready to get back on the road with the State of the World Tour, and posted a picture of herself at rehearsals.

"Hey you guys. I'm so excited for the State of the World Tour," Janet wrote.

The tour will kick off on Sept. 7 in Lafayette, LA and end on Dec. 17 in Atlanta, Ga. In between, Janet will be hitting up a slew of cities like Phoenix, Portland, Boston and Philadelphia, just to name a few.

It was not long ago that Ms. Jackson announced the State of the World Tour, which was just a little before she shared a photo of her new baby Eissa Al Mana. Earlier this month, the singer also showed up at the FYF Fest to watch acts like Missy Elliott.
