Jay-Z is making another lucrative move to bridge hip-hop with technology. The rap mogul is reportedly in talks to sign a $20 million pact with Samsung Mobile.

A source tells the New York Post that the eight-figure deal will be signed in a few weeks.

As for the deal, it's being speculated that it will involve some kind of advancement in promoting his Roc Nation artists through a music-streaming service via mobile devices.

Hov is no stranger to partnering with major technology brands. Several years ago, he teamed up with HP computers as part of the company's "The Computer Is Personal Again" campaign. He also worked with Rhapsody on a music-streaming project for his album, 'The Blueprint 3.'

Not only is Jay venturing into the tech world, he also has his hands filled in sports management with his agency, Roc Nation Sports.

It will be interesting to see what Jay-Z plans to bring to Samsung's mobile service line.
