Jeanerette Man Arrested For Attempted Simple Kidnapping
Iberia Parish Sheriff Louis Ackal says a Jeanerette man has been arrested for attempted kidnapping of an 8-year-old girl that happened Saturday night in the 600 block of Bayard Street.
Ackal's office reports that multiple tips were called in from the public about suspect Montana Doice's vehicle.
Doice is in the Iberia Parish Jail, and he is facing more questioning.
