NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Gov. Bobby Jindal has signed a warrant to extradite from a Mississippi jail a suspect in a Bourbon Street gunfight that killed one person and injured nine others.

Twenty-year-old Trung T. Le was arrested last week at a home near Gulfport, Mississippi, a short time after being named a suspect in the June 29 shootings. He has refused to waive extradition.

Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant was awaiting the warrant Friday afternoon.

According to the warrant, authorities with the Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office will travel to Mississippi to retrieve Le. It was unclear when that will happen.

New Orleans police continue to seek information on another shooter in the case.
