Johnny Manziel Looks Frail In Recent Pool Party Photos [PIC]

The former Cleveland Brown seems to be spiraling out-of-control and now his friends are saying that if he doesn't get help soon, "he will die."

The photos which recently surfaced on-line show a very frail Manziel at a Vegas Pool Party. And since accusations surfaced of his rough lifestyle, the former Q.B. has been banned from nightclubs in Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas, and other cities.

His current lifestyle seems to be catching up to him as he was released from the Browns after just one year with the team.

Manziel's father has pleaded for his son to get help and has even gone as far to say that if "Johnny Football" doesn't get help soon---he won't live to be 24-years-old.

Let's hope Manziel gets his life together because that is the most important thing for the former Texas A&M Aggie star.

I just don't hope this doesn't end the way many are predicting.
