Kanye, Kim Kardashian + Baby North Step Out for the First Time

The world is finally getting its first glimpse of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's baby, North -- sorta.

The family was spotted in public for the first time yesterday (Aug. 14), as they made their way to a doctor's office. TMZ obtained the first pictures of the trio, which can be seen here.

No clear photos of baby Nori have yet surfaced, and in these images the 2-month-old is concealed beneath a blanket. She is being carried in a car seat in a Los Angeles medical facility by a grinning nanny.

It's also our first look at a post-pregnancy Kim, who hasn't been seen out since Nori's birth on June 15. The new mom appears to have slimmed down, although she is wisely wearing baggy clothing -- even sporting another shirt tied around her waist to hide her famous booty.

Kanye is dressed equally casually in a demin button-down and fringed boots, but his most unusual accessory? The enormous smile he wore while walking with his new family!
