Earlier today, we shared the fire department dispatch calls surrounding Kanye West's recent breakdown, and now more details are emerging.

According to TMZ, Ye's personal physician Dr. Michael Farzam made the 911 call and warned the operator that his patient may become violent when police arrive. Instead of using Kanye's real name, though, Farzam said that his patient's was a 39-year-old man named "Jim Jones."

The doctor also told the dispatcher that West was suffering from dehydration and sleep deprivation, which brought on temporary psychosis, however, it's not clear if a 5150 hold was placed on the rapper, or if he went to UCLA Medical Center on his own volition.

On top of that, police were told that West tried to assault a gym staff person, which made Dr. Farzam place the 911 call in the first place. Then once the ambulance arrived, he was handcuffed to a stretcher, since it's standard procedure with 5150 calls.

Meanwhile, People magazine reports that Ye's wife Kim Kardashian decided not to attend the Angel Ball in New York City on Monday (Nov. 21) once she heard about her husband, which would have been her first major appearance since being robbed at gunpoint last month.

By the looks of it, we're just at the beginning of this story with Ye, and more details are likely to surface in the days to come. We'll be sure to keep you in the loop.
