Kanye West's rants continued earlier today (Feb. 24) with a series of controversial and noteworthy tweets about the Grammy Awards, Future, A$AP Rocky and more, but it was one of his tweets that has everyone in a frenzy.

In midst of one of his Twitter rants, West expressed his desire to hook up everyone with free Yeezys and Adidas sneakers. Claiming to have spoken to Adidas about the idea, the G.O.O.D. Music megastar wrote the following caption in his tweet: "And yes I've talked to Adidas and we gon hook y'all up with free Yeezys and Adidas. All positive vibes." While the tweet has racked up well over 32,000 retweets and over 64,000 likes, the big question remains as to whether or not 'Ye will keep his promise of hooking up everyone with a pair of his coveted sneakers.

This marks the second time Kanye promises free Yeezys for everyone. Back in August of 2015, after receiving his MTV Video Vanguard Award, 'Ye declared his candidacy to run for 2020 president of the U.S. after a jaw-dropping 12-minute speech. Building off the momentum of the night and still with the presidency in mind, Kanye was asked by reporters about his campaign plans and his formula to attract voters. In typical Yeezy fashion, the Chicago native responded by saying, "If I win, everybody gets Yeezys."

Although we'll have to wait a few more years to see if Kanye does run for president in 2020, maybe his Twitter promise will bring free Yeezys before he starts campaigning. We shall wait and see!
