Kanye West Walks Headfirst Into A Street Sign, Goes Berserk On Paparazzo [VIDEO]

In what some may consider to be a huge dose of karma, Kanye West walked headfirst into a street sign today - and it looked like it REALLY hurt. Kanye is seen walking out of a building with his baby-mama Kim K as paparazzi surround the couple. As he rounds the corner, it seems as if he tried to duck to avoid the sign and instead slammed headfirst into a metal sign.

He immediately grabbed his head in pain as a pregnant Kim tried to console him, and while it seemed as if he was about to go APE on the paparazzi, he was actually way more calm about it than I thought he would be.

Get that dude some ice.

UPDATE: We spoke too soon! So much for keeping his cool. After another pap continued to snap photos Kanye came out and WENT BEZERK! I can't say I blame him either.
