Kanye West is known for being abrasive onstage, but there is a soft side to him. The mercurial rapper-producer displayed a human act of kindness recently at a concert in Austin, Texas.

After Yeezy finished his concert performance he spontaneously gave a fan, who was in a wheelchair, his microphone.

Elliot Briones, who has been a fan of West for years, was the lucky recipient of the mic.

"I was in the second row" [to see Kanye]. There were a lot of people blocking me, and Kanye noticed," Briones told E! News exclusively. "Kanye told the security guard to give me the mic [after the show]."

Although he didn't get to meet his idol, Briones is happy to have a piece of West to remember his experience at his show.

"I want to thank him. It's up in my room," he said. "It means a lot to me. I don't know how to explain, it's just a humble experience. I'm on cloud nine."
