Kendrick Lamar is among the first round of performers scheduled to rock the mic at the 2014 Grammy Awards. The Compton rhymer will perform a special track with alternative rock band Imagine Dragons.

K.Dot is up for seven nominations including the coveted Album of the Year for his critically acclaimed album, 'good kid, m.A.A.d city.'

Also performing at the Grammys are fellow nominees Daft Punk, who are making their first television performance since performing on the telecast in 2008. We can only hope that Pharrell Williams will join the production duo for a rendition of their ubiquitous hit 'Get Lucky.'

In addition, Nate Ruess (of the pop band Fun.) will team up with Pink for a special performance of the Song of the Year-nominated 'Just Give Me a Reason.’

Veteran rhyme-slinger LL Cool J will return as host of the festivities, which will air live from Los Angeles on Jan. 26 at 8PM ET on CBS.
