Kevin Gates Makes An Appearance On The Wendy Williams Show [VIDEO]

Louisiana rapper, Kevin Gates, made an appearance on the Wendy Williams Show this week. Not only did Gates perform his hit song "2 Phones" on the show, but he also talked about life outside the studio.

The Louisiana native performed one on the hottest songs on the radio and then took time to talk about his career and life off-stage. I always knew that Kevin Gates is an intelligent dude, but did you know that he scored a 31 on his ACT? Wow!!!

He also talked about his childhood years and said that while growing up he watched his friends be raised by their parents. Gates was raised by his grandmother, and he says all that he wanted was a "normal family."

The rapper also said in the interview that he moves around so much because he can't go to the mall and shop without being harassed. So now we know.
