Drake drew the ire of some onlookers when he dissed Kid Cudi on the new track "Two Birds, One Stone." Drake was responding to a Twitter rant by Cudi, which took on a different meaning when the "Day 'N' Nite" rapper checked into rehab for depression and suicidal urges.

"You were the man on the moon/Now you just go through your phases/Life of the angry and famous," Drake rapped on his new song.

Cudi's manager Dennis Cummings was one of the many critics of Drake's diss. Cummings went on Twitter today (Oct. 25) and called out Drake. Cummings even claimed the Toronto rapper used to be begging Cudi for a feature.

"Drake corny as fuck," he tweeted. "How Aubrey and his writers take a shot with the same hands they used to beg for a feature?"

Fans got one of the first updates on Kid Cudi's health courtesy of an interview with Saturday Night Live's Pete Davidson. The comedian, who is friends with Cudi, said he spoke to the rapper earlier in the week.

“I texted with [Cudi] last Monday. He’s in pretty good spirits," Davidson said. "I think I might go see him next week in Los Angeles. But yeah, he’s in a good place.”

Obviously, this conversation took place before Drake released "Two Birds, One Stone." It is not known how Cudi reacted to the diss or if he has even heard it at all.
