Kids Cutting Their Own Hair Is The Cutest Nightmare Fuel On The Internet

This video is the reason why I am never having children.

I'm that girl that will tear up as I'm leaving the salon if the trim I went in for turns out half an inch shorter than I wanted. Embarrassing, I know, but don't lie you've done it too. So, I couldn't even imagine what I would do if I walked in on my child chopping away at the beautiful hair that my gene's have blessed them with -- And before you judge me too hard: Yes, I know that hair grows back and that a bad haircut is not the end of the world. Relax, I'm not that shallow, but I think we can all admit that a bad haircut is a little heartbreaking.

Plus, watching your kid cut his/her own hair is probably one of the first moments that you realize "oh dang, they're growing up". Your child is now old enough to 1. make decisions and 2. use scissors or a razor. Now, I didn't say make good decisions or properly use scissors or a razor, but they are still old enough to do both of those things. It's crazy!

But I do have to admit that even after cringing each time a new half-shaved head popped onto the screen, this video compilation is kind of adorable. I mean, it's probably at the very bottom of the cuteness meter, but it's adorable nonetheless.
