Kanye West and Kim Kardashian-West are expecting child No. 3. But, Kim is not willing to confirm that the new addition is being carried by a surrogate mother, as the reports state.

TMZ initially reported on the pregnancy earlier this week. According to the celebrity gossip site, the baby is due in January 2018, but is not being carried by Kim who suffers from a condition called placenta accreta that caused her serious pain during her pregnancy with their second child, Saint.

Kim recently addressed the reports for the first time. "I've definitely seen a lot of things, we've never confirmed anything," she told E! News Friday night (Sept. 9). "So, I think when we're ready to talk about it we will, and I think it's super invasive when people are just... So many details out there, and like I've never heard this, I've never heard this. Like whatever. We have not confirmed it, and that's that. I'll let you know when we're ready."

TMZ is also reporting that the couple has another girl on the way and has even revealed details of the woman who is said to be carrying the child. According to the site, the surrogate is an athletic, married, African-American in her 20s, who has two kids. She was reportedly paid $45,000 by the West's for her services.

Kanye and Kim already have two children, North, 4, and Saint, who turns 2 in December.
