TMZ is reporting that Kim Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl . Sources close to the Kardashian's tell TMZ the baby and Kim are both in good health. Kim delivered the baby at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center this morning. Kim gave birth 5 weeks sooner than originally planned.
