On Saturday afternoon (May 26) Chicago stalwart Rhymefest posted a few tweets claiming that Kanye West had abandoned Donda's House Inc., which is a non-profit organization Yeezy, Rhymefest and Donnie Smith founded all the way back in 2011. Taking offense to the rapper's tweets, Yeezy's wife, Kim Kardashian-West, had more than a few harsh words for the longtime 'Ye collaborator.

"U haven’t been right since u got kicked out of the studio in Hawaii wearing fake Yeezy’s @RHYMEFEST 😂," wrote Kim K in the first of several scathing tweets, all of which came after Rhymefest requested that Drake help fund Donda's House Inc. "You’re over levergenging Kanye’s name & asked Kanye to donate money to u so stop w your fake community politics & lies. Truth is you haven’t been able to sustain the foundation."

Mrs. Kardashian-West didn't stop there, either. Continuing her Twitter tirade, the reality TV star claimed that Rhymefest was more interested in making music with Kanye than helping out their foundation.

"I saw you at our studio a few weeks ago so why didn’t you bring this up then @RHYMEFEST ?" she wrote. "You were trying to get Kanye to listen to your sub par beats. You have the audacity to use Kanye’s mom name to try to shead a negative light on Kanye."

From there, Yeezy's wife said she planned on taking Donda's House Inc., which is named after Kanye's mother, Donda West, out of his hands. "You better believe I will make it my mission to take Donda’s House from you and let my children run it the way it should be run! @RHYMEFEST."

Responding to Kim K's tweets defending Yeezy and bashing him, Rhymefest uploaded a sort of open letter directed at the increasingly controversial rapper and Kim K. As was the case with his initial Yeezy-directed tweets, Rhymefest's latest message was critical of Yeezy. Naturally, it also took aim at Kim.

"Dear Kim Kardashian-West, I don't care if no one on your timeline knows who I am. The people in my community and my city do, and that's what truly matters to me," Rhymefest wrote in response to Kim K's tweet joking about the rapper's perceived lack of mainstream popularity.

From there, Rhymefest put to rest Kardashian-West's claims that he was a hanger-on, saying that Kanye had invited him to help him work on his new album in Wyoming. Kim claimed that Rhymefest didn't bring up the topic of Yeezy's supposed neglect of Donda's House; Rhymefest says Kanye was more focused on the music.

Rhymefest continues by saying that 'Ye and his socialite wife should take a more active approach to Donda's House Inc. Specifically speaking, he seemingly addresses Kim's claim that she would work hard to take control of the foundation.

"At this point, if you and Kanye want us to dissolve the organization so you can do the work, we welcome that," he writes toward the end of his message. "As we will continue from our home on the South Side of Chicago, to do what we can to support the community we've worked five years to build in spite of you & Kanye's lack of interest or support. You've been not privy to the conversations that we've had, the emails that have been sent, and frankly, the positive press that Kanye has received as a result of our work. I encourage you instead of attacking me personally, to google us, watch the videos on our YouTube channel featuring our work and come actually speak to the young people who have been involved in our program before you, in your position of privilege from God knows where in the world, via social media attempt to dismantle this valued community asset. You and your team know how to get in contact with me, and we are awaiting your decision, because our community will be ok, regardless."
