The music industry's increasingly widespread support of Kesha in her ongoing legal battle with Dr. Luke continues to grow stronger with each passing day.

Immediately after Adele made her support of the Warrior singer very public during her first acceptance speech at the 2016 BRIT Awards yesterday (February 24), Lady Gaga decided to once again throw her support behind the singer...right next to her in person.

As the BRITs ended yesterday evening, Mother Monster updated her Snapchat with a short-but-sweet black and white clip of herself delivering a massive smooch on the cheek to a beaming Kesha. Moments later, she posted a picture of the two holding hands on her Instagram, once again declaring "Free Kesha." (2016: The year Stan Wars officially died.)

Although entirely speculative, fans have been loudly calling for Gaga to invite Kesha onto the Academy Awards stage this Sunday (February 28) during the performance of her Best Original Song Oscar-nominated Hunting Ground theme song "Til It Happens To You," given the song's entirely fitting subject matter. No word on whether that's purely fan-fiction or actually in the works, but the fact that the two are now hanging out in person is certainly an interesting new development.

In any case, here's hoping this leads to some sort of massive #FreeKesha pop princess collaboration in the very near future.
