Oh the Fame. It's a blessing and a curse, but when it comes to Lady Gaga and her debut fragrance 'Fame,' it's a blessing times a billion. Word is that the scent, which is black in bottle form but is clear when airborne, is on track to rake in a billion dollars in profits. Yes, a billion with a "b."

Gaga introduced the fragrance on Thursday night at an event at the Guggenheim, sharing the out-there and hard-to-make-sense-of film and getting a tattoo on the live cam which broadcast the chi-chi event. She was also encased in a life-sized version of the Fame perfume bottle while she slept. It was a rare misstep for Gaga where her expression of art was too esoteric and hard to grasp.

Despite the fact that the event was self-indulgent, The Guardian reports that Gaga is expected to pass Britney Spears, who has earned $1.5 billion with her multi-fragrance portfolio over the years.

There are no limits to Gaga's power.

She shared that she wanted to perfume to be sexualized, as well. “I wanted it to be a very slutty perfume. Because that is sort of the addictive nature of fame that it is, it is seductive,” Gaga told 'Good Morning America.'

Check out the image that Terry Richardson posted of the boots that Gaga wore to the fragrance fete. Yes, they are her signature sky high stilettos, but they feature the gold replicas of the mini men who scale her body in the print ad. Those are amazeballs and looked faboo on her, but we still have no clue how she walks in those things. They are like stilts.
