Lady Goes Crazy When Man Catches Stingray In California [VIDEO]

A woman in Venice Beach, California went CRAZY when a man caught a huge stingray on the beach.

The man allegedly caught the fish legally, but this woman was having none of it. She even claims that its illegal to fish, which it isn't, but then she makes another absurd accusation. The lady says that the catch is illegal because the man is, "From Germany." Okay, I'm confused.

The woman, along with another lady on the beach, attempted to release the man's catch, but they were not successful. Did this woman have a point here or was she out-of-line for confronting this man while he was fishing? Let us know below.
