Lafayette Police Release Sketch Of Possible Suspect In Sexual Assault Case At Mall

The Lafayette Police Dept. have released a sketch of the man they believe is responsible for an alleged sexual assault in the parking lot of the Acadiana Mall.

The alleged incident happened Dec. 26th in the parking lot of The Acadiana Mall, near the Dillards entrance, when a white male, possessing a hand gun, approached a woman sitting in her vehicle and demanded she move to the rear of the vehicle. It is then the woman says this man sexually assaulted her in her own vehicle.

The suspect was described as a white male in his mid-forties. He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, cowboy boots, black sunglasses, and he had black/gray spikey hair and a short beard.
