‘Lafayette Strong: Unite. Honor. Heal’ Now Available on Video [WATCH]

If you missed the "Lafayette Strong: Unite. Honor. Heal” event on July 30, honoring Jillian Johnson and Mayci Breaux, you now have a chance to view it, and even purchase a copy of the event. The emotional evening, which was held at Blackham Coliseum, featured family members of the 2 slain women, survivors, and musical guests. It also honored the injured and first responders at the theater shooting on July 23.

From the UL Lafayette Facebook page: AOC, Acadiana Open Channel, will have DVD copies of the program available for pickup starting Wednesday, August 12, at their downtown Lafayette studio, 101 Jefferson Street, in the Rosa Parks Transportation Center. The DVDs are free, but $10 donations to AOC, which is a 501c3 non-profit organization, is suggested.

The event will also be rebroadcast at the following times:

Lafayette Strong: Unite. Honor. Heal.” will air on AOC 1 (Cox 15/LUS 3): Friday, Aug. 7 at 7 p.m.
Thursday, Aug. 13 at 10a.m.
Saturday, Aug. 15 at 9 p.m.

 “Lafayette Strong: Unite. Honor. Heal.” will air on AOC 2 (Cox 16/LUS 4): Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 6 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 14 at 7 p.m.
