Remember when you were a kid and you couldn't wait to get dressed up for Halloween? We would ring the door bell, to a lighted house and scream 'Trick or Treat', but we really didn't know what the "trick" part of it meant. A lady in North Dakota by the name of Cheryl only "treats" the skinny kids and "tricks" the overweight ones with a letter telling them they're too overweight to receive candy!

Cheryl says, she wants to take on childhood obesity with her own hands. How you ask? By handing out a Halloween letter to overweight children. Pshhhh!

In the letter, she informs the parent that their child is receiving this note because he or she is "moderately obese" and should not be eating any candy.

OMG! Who does this lady think she is ?!?! How many parents do you think will throw that letter at this lady?

In a statement Cheryl says:

“I just want to send a message to the parents of kids that are really overweight. I think it's just really irresponsible of parents to send them out looking for free candy just 'cause all the other kids are doing it,"

It doesn't take a psychologist to tell you this will mess your kid up! In all honesty it sounds a lot she is just a big bully.

Here is the actual letter provided by Huffington Post/ Vally News Live, tell us what you think.
