Baton Rouge native Torrence 'Lil Boosie' Hatch, recently attended a commencement ceremony at Capitol High to be honored for helping kids graduate high school.

The Baton Rouge rapper who was recently released from Angola State Penitentiary, is credited for helping kids fulfill their big dream on graduation night.

According to WBRZ-TV, Lil Boosie paid graduation expenses for some students at Capitol High in Baton Rouge. With that, the school honored the rapper for his generosity.

Boosie says he is a changed man since serving time and says that he has a good heart.

We applaud Lil Boosie for stepping up and helping these kids live their dream---to walk across stage on graduation night. Perhaps others can learn from his generosity.
