Drake doesn't even need to use 140 characters on Twitter to send the internet into a frenzy. Last night's little teaser was again proof of that.

So, it looks like Lil Wayne's next installment of his famed 'Tha Carter' series is on its way after all. The Young Money founder promised in August 2012 he was going to work harder after he received not one nomination for an MTV Video Music Award nor a BET Award.

Last October, YMCMB Senior Vice President of Promotion Mel Smith tweeted that "New YMCMB music coming soon!! Carter 5."

It's possible the Young Money camp could be making a bid to take over this year as well. Nicki Minaj proclaimed she was in album mode on last year's 'Boss Ass Bitch' freestyle and followed that up with a solid verse on the remix to Young Thug's 'Danny Glover.'

Drizzy may not have a new album coming up, but there is the Young Money compilation project, 'Young Money: Rise of an Empire,' that he'll surely appear on. That LP arrives March 11.

Of course, there are a lot of questions surrounding 'Tha Carter V,' which has no release date. Could this be Wayne returning to form? Is the album cover going to be a picture of Weezy in a college senior day picture as a shoutout to 'The College Dropout,' which celebrates its 10th anniversary today (Feb. 10)?

Those questions will be answered soon enough.
