Lil Wayne: Then and Now [PHOTO]

Being from Louisiana, we had the chance to experience the early version of Lil Wayne, when he was part of the southern rap group The Hot Boys during the early Cash Money Records days in the late 90s. Even though the Cash Money sounds were only regional at the time, they were just as popular here then as they are now.

But Lil Wayne has definitely changed. Don't ya think?
