Yes, just as the Pope leaned in to kiss the little girl on the cheek, she took his hat (a zucchetto). She apparently knew that opportunities like this don't come very often.
The Pope, who is one cool dude, played it well and simply laughed at the little girl. I hope this little girl's family keeps this video forever and shows it at her wedding one day.
