Lorde Makes Her American TV Debut On Late Night With Jimmy Fallon [VIDEO]

Lorde is a big deal right now. Her haunting, yet flossy hit, "Royals" is dominating airwaves, sitting comfortably in the top ten of just about every format. The 16-year-old from New Zealand made her American television debut last night (10/1) on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and did not disappoint.

Even though she sounds almost identical live as she does on the record, many criticized her boy movements and facial expressions during the performance. I'm going to chalk that up to nerves, and the fact that I think that she truly "feels" the music while performing.

Lorde's new album, 'Pure Heroine' hits the U.S. this week.
