A quick look at Facebook, and you'll see everyone has an opinion about Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and the upcoming Presidential Election. That's cool and all, but the only real way your opinions matter one way or the other is to vote on November 8th. The deadline to get registered to vote and make sure your voice is heard is tomorrow, October 11th.

To register to vote, you have to be a U.S. citizen who will be 18 years old on Election Day. You can't be in prison currently have a felony conviction. You also must live in the parish where you seek to register.

Louisiana Secretary Of State Tom Schelder has streamlined things for you a little and made it pretty simple to get signed up online. You can head over to voterportal.sos.la.gov and get signed up.

You can also get registered to vote at any Registrar of Voters office, the Office of Motor Vehicles, military recruiting offices and most state offices for social services.
