The LSU Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity is in hot water for a banner that garnered a lot of negative attention on game-day this past Saturday.

Numerous LSU fans captured photos of the banner, posting them to Twitter and Instagram.

According to NOLA.com the banner was deemed offensive by the university, who asked the fraternity to take it down.

Does this all sound too familiar?

If so, it probably has a lot to do with the fact that profane banners are quite the norm around the Delta Kappa Epsilon house on LSU campus. Just last year the fraternity took heat for a sign that referenced the 1970 massacre at Kent State when the Golden Flashes visited Baton Rouge for a football game last September.

Twitter user Nicholas Persac posted a collection of some of the most recent DKE banners—many that have raised eyebrows and caused controversy.

LSU officials are scheduled to meet this week with the frat about their offensive banner.

Should they be disciplined, or should this be considered acceptable, normal fraternity behavior?
