The LSU Tigers return to the gridiron on Saturday afternoon, will they play host to the 10th-ranked Auburn Tigers, in an SEC tilt.

The contest, which will be televised on CBS, will mark the first home conference affair of the year for LSU.

LSU, who defeated Florida last week, 17-16, is currently 4-2, overall, and 1-1 in SEC play.

Offensively, the Tigers are scoring at an average of 25.3 points-per-game, while accumulating 397.7 yards of offense, including 196.7 rushing yards and 201.0 passing yards.

Defensively, LSU is holding opponents to an average of 18.8 points a contest, to go along with 308.8 total yards, including 171.5 pass yards, and 137.3 rush yards.

LSU is paced by quarterback Danny Etling, who has completed 71-of-118 passes for 1,046 yards and 6 touchdowns, and running back Derrius Guice, who has rushed 381 yards and 5 touchdowns, on 82 attempts.

Auburn, who defeated Ole Miss, 44-23, last week, is 5-1, overall, and a perfect 3-0 in league play.

Offensively, the Tigers have scored an average of 35.8 points per game, to go along with 452.7 yards of offense, including 228.08 rush yards and 224.7 passing yards.

Defensively, Auburn has allowed an average of 13.0 points, to go along with 287.5 total yards, including 111.2 rush yards and 176.3 pass yards.

The Tigers are led by quarterback Jarrett Stidham, who has thrown for 1,345 yards and 7 touchdowns, along with running back Kerryon Johnson, who has rushed for 504 yards and 12 scores.

This will be the 64th meeting between the two schools, with LSU leading the all-time series, 28-22-1.

Auburn won the last meeting, defeating LSU, 18-13, in Auburn, Alabama last year.

Kickoff time at Tiger Stadium is scheduled for just after 2:30 pm.
