Machine Gun Kelly had to leave the stage during a recent performance after suffering from severe chest pains that became unbearable at times.

It happened when Kelly was performing at Seminole Casino in South Florida. He tried to give it a go, but once he got around to doing his latest single "Bad Things," the pain became too much. He tugged at his chest multiple times and complained about the discomfort. In video of the show, the rapper can be seen, guitar in hand, trying to belt out some lines before he eventually just walks off stage.

In another clip, he tries to get the crowd hype to feed off their energy, only to admit, "At this point, I'm fucking dying."

According to TMZ, the rapper's chest pains came from injuries and soreness he received from a movie role he is playing. Kelly is working on the film, Captive State, and apparently doing his own stunts is taking a toll on his body. He was checked on by paramedics and ended up finishing out the show despite the pain.

In related news, MGK is prepping the release of his latest album Bloom. The project is set to drop on May 12. The Cleveland rapper recently shared the tracklist for the LP, which will feature James Arthur, Hailee Steinfeld, Camila Cabello and Dubxx. Ty Dolla $ign and Quavo appear on the track, "Trap Paris."

The project has been getting a solid push with the single "Bad Things," which Kelly performed on Ellen in February.
