A man in Japan decided to tape a bunch of Mentos to his body and jump into a tub full of Coke Zero, because that's exactly what the internet needed—right?

His name is Hajime, and even though he posted the video over a year ago it seems to be going viral over the last few days, being viewed over 6 million times. Many are wondering why this man would even think of doing this, let alone filming the entire thing.
