Graduation season can be emotional for some, and for others, its down right entertaining. For those that have attended a Kindergarten "graduation," you know its the cutest thing you may ever see---and hear.

Mason, our Kindergarten grad, had to announce at his awards ceremony what he wants to be when he grows up. All of his classmates lined up in front of the parents and family at the ceremony and announced what they want to be when they grow up.

Each grabbed the microphone and announced their dream. Some said a nurse, others said a police officer, and one kid even announced that he wants to be the President of the United States. Then, Mason took the microphone.

Being obsessed with dinosaurs and their extinction, I had a good feeling what Mason was going to say---and he did. When my lil buddy grabbed the mic and looked at the crowd he uttered the words, "When I grow up I want to be a Paleontologist."

While some parents applauded his answer, others looked around like, "What is that?" I wasn't sure if I should clap or just put my head down. Oh, I applauded his answer.

Here's what I love about ceremonies with kids. The little ones are just so innocent. They have no clue what awaits, and thats okay with me. Its part of growing up.

I can't end this story without applauding all of the teachers and school administrators on another successful year. It takes a very SPECIAL person to do what they do, and we salute all of you. Thanks!!!

Now, let's see if Mason continues on the journey to become a Paleontologist.
