Master P: Kobe Bryant, Kardashians Rushing To Lamar Odom’s Bedside Is “Phony” [VIDEO]

Master P is criticizing Kobe Bryant and Kardashians for rushing to Lamar Odom's bedside as he continues to fight for his life, calling their display of emotions "phony."

TMZ caught up with Master P outside a grocery store where he went off on Bryant's actions, saying his concern for Odom was an act because he believes the Lakers star had the chance to save Lamar, but never stepped up to the plate.

Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel earlier this week and has since been fighting for his life. According to reports, ex-wife Khloe Kardashian has yet to leave his bedside.

Others, including Kobe Bryant, have also reportedly rushed to be with Odom during this difficult time, but Master P is simply not buying it.

Master P says he was "like a mentor" to Odom, and all that Lamar wanted to do was return to the NBA—a move he believes could easily become a reality with Kobe's clout with the Lakers team.

If Kobe was his friend  ... Kobe, like, owns the team. He could've got the man back on the team ... that's all he wanted.

P also went off on the Kardashians, saying that their reality show is what caused Odom to be "blackballed" from the league. He believes Odom truly loved Khloe, but he made a mistake by marrying into her situation.

He even warns another NBA star rumored to be connected with the Kardashians.

Does Master P have a point? Are the public displays of concern from Kobe, the Kardashians and others a bit "phony?"
