Video Of Miley Cyrus NOT Smoking Marijuana

At least that's her story. See this video surfaced on TMZ of Miley Cyrus smoking "something" from a bong and falling out with a case of the giggles. That "something" is reportedly NOT weed. It is a natural herb called Salvia that has psychedelic qualities. This video was shot 5 days after Miley's 18th birthday and the video is suspected to have been "stolen" or "copied" from a close friends camera.
