An Arizona mother was able to hear her son's heartbeat for the first time after his death when she met with the family of one of the lives he saved by donating his organs.
4-year-old Jordan Drake spent the majority of her first few years in the hospital due to congenital heart defect she was born with. Doctors said her only hope would be a heart transplant.
In June 2013 7-month-old Lukas Clark passed away, but his mom decided to donate his organs to help save the lives of others.
Jordan's mother, Esther Gonzales, and Lukas' mother, Heather Clark met recently for the first time and Heather was able to hold a stethoscope up to Jordan's chest to hear her son's heartbeat for the first time since his death.
The moment will bring tears to your eyes as you see the emotional reactions of both mothers.
According to CNN, Lukas' organs have saved three lives to date.
