For the third year in a row, Bourbon Heat is your Ragin' Cajuns headquarters on Bourbon Street. For those of you getting in early on Friday night, be sure to hit up the official "Welcome To NOLA BOWL Weekend" Party at Bourbon Heat, featuring some of Downtown Lafayette's favorite resident DJs.

Rouses' Louisiana Tailgate party during New Orleans Bowl weekend last year was amazing, and this year with the opponent being another Louisiana team, you can definitely expect things to turn up a notch.
Rouses market will be open all day for any of your grocery needs, but make sure you're out in the parking lot by 2p when food & drinks will be available to satisfy your NOLA BOWL appetite. Join Hot 107.9 and 97.3 The Dawg broadcasting live, and the Chee Weez, who are set to take the stage and perform from 3-6p.
There will be burgers and jambalaya on the menu and plenty of $3 beer and mixed drinks to wash it all down. Best of all, it's located downtown at 701 Baronne, just a few blocks away from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

There's nothing like feeling at home when you're away from home, and if you're looking for that feeling on NOLA BOWL Weekend, then make sure you stop by The hottest Ragin' Cajuns Block Party on the Planet!
Hot 107.9 and Planet Radio are teaming up with City Bar Downtown and Rabbit Hole crew from Lafayette, as well as the Metropolitan and Barcadia crew from New Orleans to give you food, fun and music all day long at the corner of Poydras and Rampart, right across from Walk On's (see below).
The party starts at 9a on game day with City Bar's world-famous Bloody Marys, plus all you can drink from the The Rabbit Hole and The Metropolitan Nightclub. Plenty of food will be on hand to keep your party fueled with Barcadia providing tailgate burgers and the best fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in town!
In the mix providing your party soundtrack will be DJ Kilo, DJ Wixx, Brad Stryker and the Hot Crew's very own DJ Digital, Speedy and Chris Reed (with a special NOLA BOWL Breakfast Jam mix!)
Then at game time, it's a straight shot down Poydras to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome as we cheer on the Cajuns for a three-peat in the New Orleans Bowl!

Located on Poydras, just blocks away from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, this will be your place to be before, during and after the big game.

Also, if you have any chance of getting close to Ragin' Cajuns head football coach Mark Hudspeth, it will be during the special New Orleans Bowl edition of ESPN 1420's Ragin' Cajuns Coach's Show, Thursday, December 19 from 6:30-7:30p.
Friday will feature a special live broadcast of the 'Oh, Brother' show from 1-3p and on game day join Brandon Comeaux and Steve Peloquin for a special edition of off the bench from 11-1p before the ESPN 1420 crew heads down to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for pre-game.
