Nicki Minaj is killing the competition. The Pinkprint creator brought home another win by earning the award for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist at the 2016 BET Awards on Sunday (June 26).

The awards category, which wasn't announced during the show, also featured nominees Lil' Kim, Dej Loaf, Missy Elliott and Remy Ma. The latter's new song, "All the Way Up" with Fat Joe, made her a strong contender for the win. However, Nicki's overall popularity paired with her growing success is likely what snagged her the Best Female Hip-Hop Artist award.

This is the seventh time the "Feeling Myself" rapper came out on top in the category. She was first nominated for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist in 2010, competing against Ester Dean, Lil' Kim, Rasheeda and Trina. Her consistency in the game over the last six years is what got her yet another trophy in 2016.

When it comes to new music, Nicki linked up with DJ Mustard for the banger "Don't Hurt Me" featuring Jeremih earlier this month.
