A man from Saudi Arabia has severe nosebleeds for years and never knew why.

According to The Blaze, he visited the doctor's office and they did some x-rays. Amazingly, he had an extra tooth growing into his nose as seen in the photo below.

Doctors say this is a very unusual case of an extra tooth and the most impressive picture they have to date.
