Two white doves were released by kids as they stood along side Pope Francis as a sign of peace, but soon after their release, the birds that were attacked by other birds.

As thousands of parishioners looked on at St. Peter's Square, the two doves were attacked by a seagull and crow immediately following their release. Luckily, one dove was able to escape the attack, but as for the dove that was attacked by the crow, well it didn't get away in time.

Apparently the doves were not welcome in St. Peter's Square and they found out the hard way. The Pope and the children released the doves as a sign of peace in hopes of peace in the Ukraine.
