A POV video showing a motorcycle crash in a blocked intersection has many debating who is actually at fault.

The motorcyclist caught the accident on camera with what seems to be a GoPro style camera attached to his helmet.

We see the audibly frustrated motorcyclist approaching a blocked intersection as the video opens up. When the light turns green, the motorcyclist takes off—and as he attempts to drive between two vehicles one of cars moves at the last second, causing a collision and sending the motorcyclist flying.

Some are saying the motorcyclist is at fault because he could have avoided the accident if he wasn't speeding and recklessly attempting to zoom between vehicles. Others believe that even though the motorcyclist could have clearly avoided the crash, the car should be at fault based on the letter of the law.

It should be noted that the motorcyclist admits to this being his second accident of this kind, and the guy in the white car also says that he was attempting to move out of the way in order to make room for oncoming traffic.
