It's not over a billion dollars yet but every lottery jackpot has to start somewhere right? After all the hoopla about the last big Powerball Jackpot it seems as if most folks have let the thought of riches beyond their wildest dreams slip to the wayside.

I know in my world an infusion of $266 million dollars would make a significant impact on my life. That's the estimated amount that the Powerball top prize is expected to be when lottery officials hold the drawing on Saturday night.

There were no big winners in last night's Powerball lottery drawing. In case you had a ticket the winning numbers from Wednesday were:

21-31-64-65-67 and a Powerball of 5

If you're wondering just how much actual money you'd pocket after Uncle Sam takes his cut, you'd be dropping about $176.2 million in the bank.  Or you could have almost 63 million pounds of live crawfish, almost 5.6 million barrels of oil, or slightly more that 27.1 million fish and popcorn shrimp dinners from Popeyes. It is Lent and I didn't want to temp you with chicken.

Remember you must be 21 to play any lottery game in Louisiana and if you have a gambling problem you can visit the Louisiana Association on Compulsive Gambling website or call 1-877-770-STOP (7867)
