A guy named Jack Vale runs a YouTube channel called "Jack Vale Films", where he posts prank videos.  And his newest one is pretty good, because he pranked someone who actually DESERVED it.

Last week a message appeared on his computer that indicated he had a problem with his computer. A phone number appeared on the screen and it said to call them to have it fixed.

Knowing that this was a scam, Jack called the number and pretended to be an elderly couple. The woman on the other end of the line first said it would cost $500 to have it fixed, but later changed it to $399 after Jack told her all that they had was $400 left to spend.

After dragging the conversation out for a few minutes, he informed the woman what he was doing and she abruptly hung the phone up.

Yes, this is a REAL SCAM. The number is real and there are people out there hoping some will take the bait. You've been warned.
